GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These T&C sets out the specific terms of the arrangement including reservation and confirmation procedures, cancellation policy and payment terms.

A Company GRK CHAUFFEURS is in the business to provide luxury transportation services to the customers on the safest level and in accordance with private hire licensing law. By placing a booking with us you agree to be bound by these terms.

B GRK has employed chauffeurs to this effect and the Chauffeur possesses the required state’s license and the necessary knowledges, skills and experience to operate Company’s assigned vehicle in a safe, competent and efficient manner.

C GRK Chauffeurs is willing to provide the services to the Customers on the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

D Every effort will be made by GRK to ensure that our vehicle(S) arrive on time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for completion of the service.

E GRK Chauffeurs maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. GRK cars are spotlessly clean and well maintained at all times.

Customer Obligations

The customer shall ensure all information provided to the company for a private booking is accurate and correct.

The customer shall pay cancellation fee if there is changes after engagement or commencement of the transportation services.

Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of a vehicle and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order.

GRK reserves the right to provide un upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.

All luggage or personal possessions are carried entirely at your risk. Drivers are instructed to take lost possessions left in the car to our head office. The company will contact the customer and inform them of their lost possessions.

 

Bookings

GRK is a private hire vehicle operator. As such, we only accept booking requests for a chauffeur directly from our customers. Our bookings are via the website booking form, e-mail or phone. In this way confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured. GRK is responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services. All bookings are subject to availability.

The Company shall be entitled to cancel all services in the event of a declared national emergency, industrial action, extreme weather or terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control.

If the car breaks down during your journey the Company will endeavour to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey.

 

Accounts-private hire bookings

The company offers at its exclusive discretion an account service for use by Customers of private hire bookings and transportation services.

The account customer shall ensure only those personnel specified as authorised by the account customer shall use the account service.

The account Customer (S) obligations will only cease once the Account payments due to the company have been settled in full.

All payments are due in full before any bookings are undertaken.

Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, address changes will be charged accordingly.


 

Cancellation policy and refund

If a booking is cancelled by the customer more than 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, all moneys paid will be refundable.

If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours from the start of the period of hire -50 % of the money will be non refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the customer less than 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all money paid will be non refundable.

In relation to collections from airports/airport pickups, there is 60 minutes car parking fees included. The company will allow 60 minutes (starting from the landing time). Thereafter the company reserves the right to charge the customer for the waiting/loading time after the 30 minutes plus any additional car parking fees.

 

Complaints

If the customer has any complaints regarding GRK Chauffeurs, they are encouraged to inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 working days after the booking. GRK will always try to facilitate an amiable solution to any complaint and may provide a refund after the resolution of each case has been carefully looked into.

 

DATA PROTECTION

GRK guarantees its customers that all their personal data remains safe and private. Any personal data that customers supply , online, e-mail or phone will be used in accordance with its privacy policy only. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our website.
